Pamela D. Steinle

Pamela D. Steinle joined the firm in January 2015.  She grew up in Butterfield on a farm homesteaded by her great-grandmother.  After graduating from Butterfield-Odin High School in 1999, she majored in Family Social Science at the University of Minnesota.  She was a high school teacher for three years in central Minnesota before pursuing law school.  She graduated from the University of St. Thomas School of Law magna cum laude in 2011, having served as a Senior Editor on the Law Journal, a student prosecutor for the City of Minneapolis, a judicial extern for Tenth District Judge Krista Martin, and a student attorney in the school’s Elder Law clinic.  She then practiced at the Twin Cities litigation firm of Bassford Remele before returning to Watonwan County.  She has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2014, and was recognized as a 2016 Up and Coming Attorney by Minnesota Lawyer.

Pamela practices primarily in the area of trusts and estates, including estate planning, trust administration, probate, state and federal estate tax filings, and will contest litigation.  As an associate at a large civil defense firm, she researched, analyzed, and advocated on behalf of the firm’s corporate clients, including one company with a complex commercial dispute worth $630 million.  Her clients benefit from her proven legal skills, rural background and warm demeanor.
